Aroma Therapy & Chakras

@ 04:12 PM (2 months, 12 days ago)

Scents make the most intense impression of all on the senses and they have a direct influence over our state of mind.

The subtle ethereal substances of natural flowers and plants touch the energy body of human beings, the seat of the Chakras, and unfold their healing, harmonizing energies. Fragrant essences are here on earth to be smelled, for it is this which enables them to release their active ingredients. These ingredients are not transmitted alone by inhalation, however. These essence also radiate vibrations which do not require the nose as a medium at all, but which have a direct influence in us.

Aroma Therapy is well suited for the implementation in combination with color vizualization and the various forms of sound and gemstone therapy, but is best combined with breathing exercises. Our breadth serves as a medium for the interchange of energies between scents and chakras when we deeply inhale the vibrations of the purest essential oil.

And now, let the fragrances take over, lift you up and carry you away into new spheres of consciousness.

The 1st Chakra, 'Muladhara' or the Root Center (Physical will to be)- Cedar and Clove.

The 2nd Chakra, 'Savadhisthana' or the Cross Center (Creative reproduction of being) - Ylang-ylang oil and Sandalwood.

The 3rd Chakra, 'Manipura' or the Navel Center (Shaping of being) - Lavender, Rosemary and Bergamot.

The 4th Chakra, 'Anahata' or the Heart Center (Devotion, Self abandon) - Rose Oil.

The 5th Chakra, 'Vishuddha' or the Throat Center (Resonance of being) - Sage and Eucalyptus.

The 6th Chakra, 'Ajna' or the Third Eye (Knowledge of being) - Mint and Jasmine.

The 7th Chakra, 'Sahasrara' or the Crown Chakra (Pure being) - Olibanum and Lotus.

(  ) Basic Principle.

  2. When carrying out aroma therapy for the Chakras please use the purest plant essences. This is because all artifically produced scents lack the vital energy of the plants as well as the complex mixture of the ingredients that only Mother Nature is capable of combining. When we activate our Chakras with the help of essential oils, we benefit from both the ways they have of transmitting their qualities.
Begin treatment with the Root Chakra and do not apply the next essential oil until your consciousness has shifted to the Chakra about to be treated. A few minutes per Chakra is generally sufficient.

  5. Hi Riff, Welcome to my Working Woes again. It's always great to have you commenting on my posts. I really appreciate it. Pure scents have a normalizing effect; that is, they tend to bring about a condition of healthy, harmonious well-being. For example, Lavender is suitable for relaxing the third eye or inner eye chakra, while rosemary has a stimulating influence on the root chakra.

By the way, I have a post in May, 'What God Gives, The Doctors Take Away.' Since you are from a similar working enviroment, I really wish if you can take some time and put forward your kind views on this case.

Meanwhile, all the best! And, thanking you in advance.
