Poverty Needs No Plan.
Zack, a long time friend of mine is facing a mid-life crisis. He is currently working for another friend but he has been continuously pressured by another party to start selling mutual funds full-time again.
As a matter of fact, Zack stopped selling mutual funds full-time a month ago. He had been complaining that the market is bad, the processing of applications to withdraw money from EPF and reinvest that money into mutual funds were very slow. Besides, the response from prospective investors were not as encouraging. And, that has led Zack to look for a full-time job instead.
Now, because of the pressure coming from his immediate superior in the mutual funds business, calling his wife everyday and telling her that she should push her husband to work even harder in selling mutual funds, Zack has completely lost his focus, is very confused, mentally very weak and is facing some financial strains as well.
On my part, I have been lending Zack my ears and have been offering him my views, encouragement and advice all these months. I have even shared with Zack this inspiring quotation,
"Money is shy and elusive.
It must be wooed and won by methods not unlike those used by a determined love in pursuit of the girl of his choice.
That power, when successfully used in the pursuit of money, must be mixed with faith, desire, persistence then applied through a plan set into action".
I will continue to do my best as a buddy to Zack and assist him in his hour of need and hopefully he can be out of the woods in the not too distant future.

To me, it appears that at this difficult times, hanging on to his job is the best option for Zack.

If your talking about leaving a pic on your side bar - try this -
You use this code -
But then you need to put the url of the picture you want to use inside the src brackets. You also have to put the width and height values in. It should look something like this -
Whatever you put in the alt brackets will appear when you run the cursor over the pic.
Hope that makes sense and helps.
peace

The above is the text that you use to code - you just need to not use spaces.

Dugg, many thanks for taking the time to guide me on how to get it done. You know I am not those 'tech-savvy' type but I will try with your detailed instruction. I really appreciate your kind assistance.
Barry, On seeing what you have just posted, an idea struck me. I should get Zack to see 'that' as well! And, trust me, I am sure that for a moment all those 'sad and down' feelings in him will just disappear into the thin air. It is certainly a great help to refresh him. Thanks, Barry.
Have a great week ahead guys!
