Working Woes ......

On the personal side, we are beginning to see more lights (no longer very faint lights) at the end of the tunnel. With the grace of God this problem that we are facing or the awkward predicament that we are being forced into is about to be resolved if the other party comes to their sense. 

Unfortunately, the domestic news  particulary those involving politics, that we read here in the last few days is not as positive.

At the beginning of the week, we read about our de facto Opposition leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who has been sheltering in the Turkish Embassy (due to an accusation and death threats) had finally left the Embassy and went home. Meanwhile, the police is presently investigating the case.

Then, on Thursday, the 3rd instant, we read, hear and see in television the news about a stunning Statutory Declaration made by a private investigator linking our Honourable Deputy Prime Minister to a murder case involving a Mongolian woman. But, on Friday, the 4th instant, the same private investigator retracted the Statutory Declaration and said that it was made under duress. 

Bursa, our local Stock Exchange, was hit by a technical glitch on Thursday, the 3rd instant as well. Consequently, trading was suspended on that day. However, trading resumed on Friday, the 4th instant.

In my personal opinion, it was a bad week for the Country. But, Life is such. There are always 'ups' and 'downs'. But, I truly believes that 'Happiness' is just around the corner and will be knocking at the doors of our Country very soon.

Rev. Brother David told me one evening when I was a young teenager that, 'the darkest hour of the day is dawn, then you will see the sun rise and then daylight,' when I approached him with a problem. I have been holding those words close to my heart all these years and have been sharing it with others as well. I believe that, with the grace of God, it is a matter of time that all things will change for the better for each and every one of us in this beautiful Country.
