Blessed is the one
who can be trusted.
The one who follows through.
The one with ethical boundary.
The task is assumed - then completed
by one known through his word
which becomes his deed.
All that can be said,
understood in high esteem,
is captured, with great compassion, in the phrase:

A woman once begged a tribal doctor for a potion that would 'make her husband love her again'. She explained that before he husband fought in the war, he was warm, loving and could laugh easily. Hi Everybody, I am back !!!
Many wondered what has happened to me? Frankly, something unpleasant and really ugly happened to us since the middle of the previous week. And, last week we only had time and was busy going to the various government departments, agencies and approaching other parties that are in the position to assist and help us have the problem resolved at soonest possible.
It is not completely over yet. But, I believe with the grace of God, we are beginning to see some very faint light at the end of the tunnel. We pray that justice will prevail and very soon we will be accorded our very basic rights again. In many ways it was about emotions and that has led me to touch on this subject very briefly.
Some of the negative emotions in us are 'Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition and Anger'.
While, some of the positive emotions in us are 'Desire, Faith, Love, Sex, Enthusiasm, Romance and Hope'.
Positive and negative emotions cannot occupy our mind at the same time. One or the other must dominate. Thus, it is our responsibility to make sure that our positive emotions constitute the dominating influence of our mind. Here we are talking about the Law of Habit. Form the habit of applying and using our positive emotions. And, eventually they will dominate our mind so completely that the negative cannot enter it. Try it!

The following Yoga forms will help to revitalize each of our 'Chakras' in a special way, namely by achieving the union that all forms of Yoga strive for.

One of Sun Tzu's writing, "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the results of a hundred battles" seems to be always hanging around the lips of our late father. "If you know yourself but not your enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle."
